We pride ourselves on producing everything ourselves- we do not serve packaged and reheated food.

We serve only freshly made crepes straight from the griddle. The best way to enjoy our dishes is to

 eat them right away!

We are hereditary crepe makers in the 4th generation. My ancestors made crepes mainly in Europe

(Romania, Poland, Ukraine and Russia). In the 19th and 20th century they gradually moved east

and improved the recipe for batter and fillings. I was born in Siberia and my family came to the

US before Covid age. We enjoy our family business and are happy to acquaint communities around

us with our cuisine!

We can serve from 30 to 80 crepes per hour, depending on the menu and the number of griddles.
